Heal & Shine

Break Free From Anxiety. Begin Living Fully Again.

You don’t have to live with anxiety forever. Healing is possible - and you deserve a calm mind, healthy body, and a life filled with peace and joy.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a gentle but powerful method that works with the subconscious mind to uncover and heal the root cause of anxiety. Instead of just managing symptoms, RTT helps you release them for good - so you can move forward with your life feeling free, confident, and grounded.

Don’t wait any longer to feel like yourself again. Book a free discovery call today - let’s explore how RTT can help you.

About Me

I’m Heather Deane - a certified hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) practitioner, Reiki and EFT practitioner, and meditation teacher.

As a teacher on Insight Timer, one of the world’s leading meditation apps, my guided meditations are played over 10,000 times a month by people seeking peace and healing. I also serve as a board director for The Wisdom Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing mindfulness and spiritual awakening worldwide.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: the subconscious mind holds the key to deep and lasting healing. My mission is to empower people to overcome anxiety, reconnect with their inner strength, and live with freedom, peace, and joy.

"Remember, healing is always possible. You could never be broken. Anxiety is not who you are, it’s just a pattern - and patterns can be changed."
